In accordance with CRPO guidelines:
Records are kept for 10 years after the last session
For minors, records are kept for 10 years past the age of 18
Records are securely destroyed after this retention period
Children’s Information
We do not collect personal information from minors under age 16 without verified parental or guardian consent. If such information is received in error, it will be deleted promptly.
