His warm and empathetic approach, combined with varied experiences, enables him to address a wide range of psychological issues, guiding individuals to understand their emotions, build resilience, and develop effective coping strategies.

Don, with 37 years of experience in the mental health field, is the supervisor for Another Path Psychotherapy. He emphasizes a collaborative therapeutic relationship, prioritizing the development of safe and trusting connections with clients to explore and address their thinking and interaction patterns.

REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST (QUALYFING)

Nelofar brings a calm, thoughtful presence to her clinical work, one that helps clients feel safe, engaged, and quietly supported. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and mindfulness-informed interventions, but it’s her attunement to nuance and emotional depth that gives her work its signature clarity.
