Gregory brings a diverse range of professional experiences to his psychotherapy practice, each enhancing his understanding of mental health. His roles as a Probation Officer, Behavioral specialist and Risk Analyst with B.C. Community Corrections, have given him a profound grasp of human behavior in challenging environments. His eclectic background also includes being an Executive Chef, a B.C. Wildfire Fighter, and a Volunteer Firefighter in a busy fire and rescue department.

This varied experience, combined with over 20 years in mental health, equips Gregory to effectively address a wide spectrum of psychological issues. He is committed to helping individuals to understand their emotional landscapes, develop resilience, and implement effective coping strategies. 

His book, The Silenced Self: Psychodynamics of Suppressed Identity, is now published, offering insight into identity suppression, relational trauma, and the process of reclaiming the authentic self.

With a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, Gregory's educational background is complemented by extensive real-world experience. His work as a sex offender specialist and behavioral specialist with B.C. Community Corrections has given him a profound insight into specialized areas of mental health care.

As a licensed member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C.), Gregory is dedicated to continual learning and professional development. This commitment ensures that his therapeutic methods are not only grounded in a deep understanding of human psychology but also incorporate the latest effective practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
